Íse Murphy

Welcome,

My goal is to empower authenticity through safety. With over seventeen years in the events industry keeping people safe, my work is to improve crowd safety and support people to feel safe to be authentically themselves. I am interested in how humans and energy behave, bringing biology, psychology, crowd safety, quantum mechanics, neuroscience, Pilates, Ehama, and Human Design into my work.

I am an Associate Lecturer at the University of Plymouth and author of the Zone Ex chapter for the Guide to Health, Safety and Welfare at outdoor events as well as Safer Crowds, Safer Venues guidance. I hold an MSc in Crowd Safety & Risk Analysis, L4 Spectator Safety Management, NEBOSH Fire Safety, and am a comprehensive Fletcher Pilates teacher, trained in stretch therapy and pre & post natal Pilates.

I host Safety Sistas Podcast and Undo: Uncovering Authenticity Podcast.
